At PlayComply.app, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. However, due to the digital nature of our products (Credits for Analysis), we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been used or purchased, except as required by law.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged due to a technical error on our end.
  • The service was completely unavailable for an extended period, preventing you from using your purchased credits.

3. Non-refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Unused credits (unless the service is terminated by us).
  • Dissatisfaction with the analysis results (our tools provide best-effort analysis based on available data).
